Hi Jennifer and Adam,

Sorry to hear Bob Bob hasn't fully bounced back, I can think of a couple 
things, first that appetite changes are unusually indicative of and 
underlying problem in guinea pigs so its great that you are taking it 
seriously.
but:
1. If his teefies are bothering him maybe the soft texture of tomatoes is 
more comfortable. than crunchy, crisp, or tuff.  Does he still like banana, 
oranges, and melon?

2. Even in senior people the sense of taste wanes with age, maybe he can 
taste tomatoes best,  If so try mixing tomatoes with his other freshies and 
maybe he will eat them all better. If that works at all maybe other taste 
fresheners like orange and lemon juice will make good salad dressings too!
