[Gpdd] [CARE] Cavy Performance to Cuisine?

Hi, everyone!  My piggie Lucy will be one year old sometime next month (we don't know her exact birthdate) and has been on Oxbow Cavy Performance since shortly after her adoption. 

My question is, at what age do you switch them from Performance to Cuisine?  I am planning on doing so gradually, mixing in more and more of the Cuisine with the Performance.  I think I remember reading that the switch should happen when they are around a year old, but I wanted to make sure.
