Hi Kelly

You probably need to get him checked out by a vet
before you leave. Especially, if you are worried. You
will have a much better time when you know what is
going on.
I have had several pigs that have the same symptoms. I
have had one that was an allergy making her wheeze.
The other 4 was congestive heart failure. You have to
give them lasix every day to keep their lungs clear
from the fluid build up. I have had some that has been
on lasix or duiril for years.
