What age to switch your guinea pig from Performance to Cuisine? I switched Phoebe to Oxbow Cavy Cuisine at one year of age. I believe that's what the instructions on the bag were. Remember if you have a pregnant or lactating guinea pig you have to use Performance because of the calcium content. Evelyn
