Now I am REALLY REALLY angry.

Thanks for your e-mail--I love hearing from you.  Please acccept my apologies for not responding personally, but due to the volume of letters I receive daily, I cannot answer every e-mail.  But I do look forward to reading your note and will be sharing all suggestions, comments and critiques with my staff.
