Susi,

I think that neutering could be a good idea for you
guinea pigs.  I neutered my boy Miro.  He was fine and
had a very happy time with Gala.

My friend has also neutered 2 of her boys and they
live as couples with their female partners.

I know it can be an anxious time having them go
through an operation but in my opinion it is often the
best solution.
