    Hi Joan!  We are experiencing some "technical difficulties" with the network here and I couldn't get my post to the GPDD to post, so I am sending you the info if you feel like posting it.
   
  According to "Randy" in subscription at Family Circle, "editorial" is where we have to address concerns regarding content.
  (212) 499-1962 is number for the hapless person who is covering phone calls today for one Rachel B. Martin who is not in her office.  Sorry I didn't catch the name, but I am at work which includes 26 incoming phone lines and I was a little tied up at the time.
