Hi Kathy.  Yes you can find leashes at pet stores usually around the area of the guinea pig food, tents, pigloos, etc.  I got one for The Lady Bug when she was very little and to this day I still can't figure out how she managed to fold her front legs so I couldn't put it on.  Obviously she hated the harness. : )
