I have really gotten behind on reading the digest, so I may be repeating 
what someone else has suggested.  I was wondering if you give them tap water 
or bottled water.  I live in a very small rural community, and we had some 
real problems with our water not too long ago.  If there is a problem with 
your city's water, it may not affect humans, but it can certainly affect the 
tiny piggies because of their size.

I am so sorry for your loss.  We all understand how hard it is to lose a 
baby.
