I want to thank everyone so much for the emails and prayers going out to Chip. I just got back from visiting him and took him all of his favorite stuff. He still has labored breathing, but I can tell by the look in his eyes, he is feeling better. I was a wreck waiting for the hospital to open. The vet said he has to stay until next Tuesday or Wednesday. He is on injectable antibiotics and will go on oral when he leaves. I was so happy to just see that look in his eyes had changed for the better.  I asked the assistant if I was a little crazy bringing everything in. I brought him his pigloo, his favorite blanket, a t-shirt I slept in, his favorite lettuce, 2 types of parsley, carrots, vitamin C tablets, alfalfa cubes, his twice daily treats he gets, along with the treat bowl and his pellet bowl and a chew toy he likes. Plus they say, he gets Timothy Hay and his pellets. HMMM......can you tell I don't have kids.....haha....
  I just want to thank everyone again, I feel so lucky to have found such a supportive and caring group. .....
