You know you're a slave when you place the pigs' pellet dish beside the kitchen sink to be washed like any normal dish.  Your husband freaks out and says "Honey, there are floaters in that dish!"  And you reply, "It's just guinea pig poo, what's the problem?  That's why it needs to be washed."  he! he!
