it is now time to finalise arrangements for the arrival of our esteemed 
guests to the Royal Hutchhold
as is Royal Protocol we need to know some details
what time the PigAir flight is expected, food requirements and finally  
hutch arrangements so who is bedding up with whom

as for the time table once the flight arrival is known, the royal 
hutchhold's chaffeurs will bring the piggie strollers to the airport 
VIPiggie lounge to pig up the guests on their arrival

once arriving at the royal apartments a carrot reception will be held and 
His Royal Highness, Prince Biscuit of Nani will greet all piggies. Do not 
squeek until squeeken to and address His Royal Highness as 'Your Royal 
Highness' initially and afterwards 'Boar' . all piggies must bow by nosing 
the ground twice to show respigct to His Royal Highness.
following the carrot reception guests will be shown to their apartments 
where their luggage will have been unpigged for them. grapes and tomatoes 
and lettuce will be provided in all rooms.
the major dinner will take place on the eve of the wedding, 13th February. 
all food requirements are needed before guests arrive, dress is black tie, 
dinner to be served at 8 pm. following dinner there will be the pre wedding 
Ball.

Piggie guests will be invited to tour the royal apartments and grounds, 
slaves will group together and be shown to their beds. it is expected they 
will keep to the lower floors unless their piggies need them. they will of 
course be shown the kitchens so they can prepare their piggies foods and 
water. water bottles will be provided of course.
Saturday there will be an opportunity to visit the local Blenheim Palace 
where the Duke of Marlborough Piggie has some important slaves working for 
him. there may be a chance to see the Duke.
On Sunday there will be the royal fireworks, this of course will be the GP 
version of the famous silent but colourful variety and not the dreadful 
human sort that makes nasty frightening noises.

the Lady Jasmine will hold court for all Sows on Saturday evening where 
there will be an opportunity to meet with her. the same protocol applies 
when addressing her, she is referred to  by her formal title ' the Lady 
Jasmine' or 'my piggie'

the arrangements for the wedding itself will be posted over the wheeekend.
