Hmm, Michelle,
     I'd certainly try to get a 2nd opinion. Hopefully someone who has 
females will better understand your description, BUT when I was sexing my 2 younger 
pigs (or confirming their sex, i.e., that they were the same sex, male) I 
would have described them as having a sphere above the Y.
     Yours is not a baby as my boars were then and I'm not certain that I 
could spot the Y now -- just the "sphere" which indeed, in a boar's case, IS the 
tip of the unextended penis.
     I have an excellent idea, at least a temporary measure until someone 
gives you a better description of an adult female's genitalia. Check your females 
carefully then look at the new piggy. Are they the same or different? If the 
same you're in luck. If not....well, don't be too quick to put them together!
