[Gpdd] Health: Brownie Bear Passed the Stones!!!

Hello Slaves!
Today was a Good Day. No, I
take that back. Today was a
GREAT Day! Brownie Bear had
her last appt with Dr. Campbell
at 5:00pm and I was nervous all
day (and yesterday too). I
strategically made her appt
today since it's a Holiday (MLK
Day) and I was hoping that
traffic wouldn't be too bad.

Well, the drive was Fantab-u-lous!
(It took me 1 hr/35 min both ways,
as opposed to the usual 2 hours
one way with traffic...Yikes!)

After whee got there, the piggies
both got their nails trimmed. And
then the doc squeezed BB's bladder
and made her squirt out a sample
for the urinalysis. And then they
took my Bear to the back for the
x-ray. I had suspected that she
had passed at least one of the two
stones that were left because I
heard her scream that horrible
scream again about a week ago.
[She had a total of 4 stones, but
had passed 2 of them in a little
over a month]

Well, the Vet came back with her
x-rays and well, I guess I already
gave away the good news from the
title of the post, but She PASSED
the Stones!!! Well, actually, there
was one stone left, but it was already
out of her bladder (in the area
where the urine is before she urinates)
and the Vet said that she would probably
pass it tonight. And earlier this evening
I heard BB make a really unpleasant sound,
so I know it's trying to come out.
Hopefully, by the morning it will be
gone.

I was so Happy that I stopped by the
grocery store on the way home and
bought some Celebratory Endive and
Green Leaf Lettuce. So, after wheee
got home, we had a little Feast in
honor of the Sassy Brownie Bear.
Butterscotch didn't understand why
he was getting treated so good, but
he didn't really care much. He just
enjoyed himself and gobbled away at
the Feast. :-)

Thank You sooooo much for your Prayers
and Concern for my Brownie Bear. I
don't know what I would do without you
guys... (sniff sniff)
