[Gpdd] PETER GURNEY: Tribute posted to GPDD Website

The GPDD Team has posted a tribute to Peter at  
http://www.gpdd.org/peter-gurney.html. The page lists three charities  
that were near and dear to Peter, as well as some info on how to  
contribute. Further details on contributing will be forthcoming.

Also, a new Topic Header has been created in addition to teh existing  
HEALTH, RESCUE, ANNOUNCEMENT, etc. ones; you can now label posts  
"Peter Gurney" and add the subject. This should help keep posts about  
Peter organized and easy to find.
