Kay,

I love the idea of a scholarship.  It seemingly would do the most to help
piggies and people.

However, one thing to keep in mind is how much Peter detested ignorance and
arrogance in the veterinary field.  I don't believe there's any guarantee
that our recipient wouldn't turn out that way.  Of course, we could do our
research to minimize the possibility.
