  Hi Martha,
   
  You might want the vet to check to see if Sally has an UTI.  They also cause pain and discomfort when they pee and poop.  Has she had any blood in her urine?
   
  Syringing water will help but she will also need an antibiotic to clear it up.  Baytril is usually the recommended AB for UTI.  
   
  Did the vet do an x-ray?  X-rays can see if a pig has a bladder stone or not.
   
  Hope you get Sally's problems worked out and she is feeling better soon.
