PLEASE do not leave guinea pigs wrapped in wet towels for more than a minute. They can suffer the opposite effect and get too cold.
Never try to make them drink until they are standing up or they may choke. 
Give a rehydration fluid such as Dioralyte from a syringe once they are mobile.
