[Gpdd] [Peter Gurney] Tribute day

The feast day for St Francis of Assisi is 4th October; would that be a
suitable for remembering Peter?  It would give us enough time to prepare
something and get it organised.  Maybe we could fund a Peter Gurney prize
or Peter Gurney scholarship for someone wanting to study small animal
medicine, or who makes a contribution to the well-being of animals?
Perhaps we could support students studying with Vedra at CCT?  Maybe
we could do this jointly with Piggy Power and other groups?  I don't want
to lose the identity of the GPDD, but maybe we could organise something
bigger that way.  What do other people think?
