[Gpdd] RAINBOW BRIDGE: condolences, Martin Luther

Laura Grace and Pippin, we are so very sorry that Martin Luther's 
respiratory infection turned out to be fungal rather than bacterial and 
that he has passed on to the Bridge.  We know it was so hard to watch him 
struggle for air, and our hearts go out to you.  Please know that you did 
all your best for him and that he certainly felt all of your love and 
concern.  Martin Luther was so lucky that he went to the other side from 
the comfort of your arms; you made the right choice for him, although we 
know it was a heart-rending one.  How touching to hear of how you buried 
him with his favorite things and sprinkled his grave with his favorite 
treat.  Perhaps you can save his cuddle cup in a "memory box."  We send our 
condolences on your loss.

Our thoughts and prayers are with all sick piggies and their humans.
