[Gpdd] [Rescue] request for help from Boston MSPCA shelter

I recently received a request for assistance from the Boston MSPCA shelter.  Apparently the shelter is under construction and space is a problem.  This is a kill facility so I encourage anyone who can, consider adopting soon...
