Susan, please accept our condolences on Mattie's passing.  We are so very 
sorry to hear that the X-ray suggested that he had lung cancer.  Although 
piggies are never in our lives long enough, it is wonderful that he lived 
to be more than six years old.  How sweet to hear some of your memories of 
him, such as how he would sniff the air for his muesli each night and how 
he still remained a Romeo even after he had been neutered.  Please know 
that you did all your best for him and that he had a wonderful life with 
you and lived each day to the fullest.  Mattie was lucky to be so loved.

We are so sorry that he was your last piggie, and we hope that when you 
feel up to it you might consider adopting another of these special little 
ones.  The world of piggies would be very much enriched.

Our thoughts and prayers are with all sick piggies and their humans.
