[Gpdd] Rescue: Ideas for how to donate as a group

So first of all . . . I want to THANK YOU all soooooo much for the positive
response I have recieved regarding the initial e-mail I sent out about the
looking for love pet rescue.  This particular rescue is soooo vital to our
area and they do soooo much to help out with the health and welfare of our
little furry friends as well as educating new owners to be RESPONSIBLE cavy
slaves ;).  They even cover any and all vet bills associated with the foster
care guinea pigs (so if you live in the area, I know they are always in need
of foster parents . . .and there is very little expense involved . . . they
supply the cage and vet care if needed!)

Anyway . . . here are a few ideas I have come up with on contributing from all
of us here at the GPDD

1.  If you would like to contribute money toward the vet bill, pay this
directly through the pay pal link on the rescues website.  After doing this,
please e-mail me with your name, who you made this donation in honor of and
if you would also like to inform me of the amount you contributed please let
me know that as well in your e-mail.  I will then compile this list and send
a very nice e-mail recognizing all of those that gave donations and ensure
that the GPDD is honored via this connection.

Does this sound good?

2.  Jo Ann mentioned a really good idea to me which I have followed up on. 
There is a great need for hay at this rescue (as I am sure you all imagined
:))  And she suggested that if we could all get together a small donation we
could also send a decent amount of hay  to the rescue.  The rescue uses Sweet
Meadow Farm Hay and they have special discounts when donating to local
rescues.  We can get a 30lb bag of timothy hay donated for $10.00!!!!  If you
choose to donate in this way . . . please contact me directly and let me know
that you would like to contribute money for a hay donation and how much you
would like to contribute.  Once I compile the total amount I will decide how
much hay we should buy.  I guess if we do this, I will have you all put the
money into my paypal account???  I promise it will go straight  to pay for
the hay!  Unless there is a better idea!  Maybe I could see if you could just
mail a check directly to sweet meadow farms?
