Wow, that's pretty Disburbing. I didn't
realize that it was a mental illness. But,
it makes sense. The only thing I don't
get is when the conditions get so bad,
why the person doesn't seek out help.

I guess, I'm pretty OCD myself about
my pigs. Like, I spend an excessive
amount of time cleaning up and caring
for the pigs. And I can't help it. And I
can't stop. I am constanly picking up
poopies, and checking the water
bottle levels, and the pellets, etc. Since
I keep the babies on towels, I have to
keep things pretty clean and change
the towels often. You guys should see
me on Sundays when I change all of
the towels (Full Towel Service)--oh as
opposed to just changing the top layers
during the wheek. I literally spend
3 to 4 hours changing all that stuff (in the
cage, tents, beds, & their area under
the dining room table). And Daddy Slave
thinks I'm Nuts for all the time and effort I
put into it. Silly Man!

So, I understand completely about the
Obsession. And Lord knows I would
have a lot more time on my hands if
I could get my obession under control.
But, I choose to live with my sickness.
I'm a Germ-a-phobe too by the way, for
those who didn't know. So, just think
about how many times a day I wash my
hands. :-)

           Love 'n Wheeeeeeeps,
                 Leah...Slave to Brownie Bear
                       & Butterscotch :-)
