Dear Corrine:

I don't know about support groups specifically for people who have lost 
guinea pigs, but you may be interested in checking out the Delta Society, 
which is a national organization that focuses on human-animal interactions, 
health, etc.  It is a wonderful organization that I think many people on the 
list may find of interest.  Their website is:  
http://deltasociety.org/home.htm.  There is a link on the site for "pet loss 
and bereavement" which includes info on bereavement, a hotline, and I think 
a list of groups in different parts of the country.  Best wishes to you and 
others who have recently lost dear small friends.
