[Gpdd] Misc: House Livin' in La Casa de Brownie Bear

Hey there, Slaves!
Well, I have to say that I have been on
Cloud 9 these past few wheeks. Being
a homeowner (finally!) is so nice. This
wheek, Daddy Slave is in California for
work and so this is the piggies' first time
being alone all day in the new house.
When we were living in apartments, I would
worry practically all day about my pigs
when Blaine was away on travel. I think
it was partially because I worried about
other apt dwellers' apartments catching
on fire b/c of negligence or whatever.
Oh, and I can't come home for lunch
everyday anymore because our house
is 12 miles from work which takes me
about 20 minutes. And, since I'm all
grown up now and working in the big
city (downtown Charlotte), I have to walk
to my parking deck which is 4 blocks away.
That adds another 7-10 minutes (walking
briskly).

Sooooooo, yesterday when I came home,
I realized that I had not worried about my
pigs like All Day. And then, I thought about
the rest of the wheeek and realized that I
haven't worried about them at all. Wow.
Well, one thing we did get for the house
is a security system. The family who
designed the house had it pre-wired, so
we got the security system and added a
pet motion detector and the fire detector.

Hmmmmmmm...so maybe I'll stop going
gray now. :-)
