[Gpdd] MISC: Mieke's idea about a book

I liked the idea about a book.  I'm too much of a beginner to contribute 
much to the content, but I've done writing and editing professionally and 
would be happy to help with things like copy-editing, structure, etc. if it 
gets off the ground and others provide content.  Only for the English 
version, though...
