[Gpdd] Health: BB & BS Vet appt update

Hey Slaves,
The piggies survived their Vet visit
yesterday and were happy when
Daddy Slave picked them up.
Butterscotch hates being confined
in a cage. Well, BS's 2 lumpies which
are located in both 'armpit' areas are
the same. They haven't grown any,
so whee will continue to monitor.
They are fatty tumors and Dr. G found
a couple more, but they are tiny. So,
I guess I just got myself a lumpy,
bumpy pig!

And Miss Sassiness herself, still
has the 2 bladder stones and they
haven't moved. But, there were 2
more smaller stones. So, that's no
good. I knew that something was
up 'down there'. A Mommy just knows.
Dr. G said that we may want to consider
surgery, so I am going to bring BB
back in after the Holidays. I am a
little nervous about having surgery
on a 5 year old guinea pig. But, she
is not acting sickly and eats with
vigor and she's just as Sassy as
can be. I just worry about putting her
through surgery only to have more
stones pop up in the near future.
The last time she had stones removed
(through her urethra, not full blown
surgery) was back in May. And then
she formed 2 more stones a couple
of months later (which are the stones
she has now).

So, I don't know. I'm just going to
keep doing what I'm doing and take
each day at a time. I'm going to enjoy
the Holidays with my little brats and
Love them all over every single day.

Oh, I have to admit that with all of this
house stuff, I have been doing BBPH
every other day. But, things are slowing
down a bit, so I'm going to try and be
better about doing that every night.
Last night, I had another extra long
BBPH (like 2.5 hours). It's nice having
them closer to the t.v. so I can sit on
the floor by their cage and syringe
her the water.

And speaking of BB & BS's house, I
am working on their first Thanksgiving
Day website which will feature their new
house. Sooooooo, be on the lookout!!!
