Dear Betsy,

It is so touching to know that your Calliope is named in honor of my 
Calliope.  You have a good memory; my Calliope was a member of the GPDD 
from 1996 to 2001.  Thank you so much for keeping my Calliope in your 
thoughts and passing the name on to another sweet guinea pig girl.  I am so 
pleased to hear that she is thriving and enjoying reigning from her piggie 
sofa.  I had always had a strong feeling that my Calliope would have an 
amazing lifespan of nine years.  Since that sadly did not happen, I would 
like to request that your Calliope fulfill that dream, in great style and 
good health.
