[Gpdd] MISC- salt licks and mineral wheels???

Hi,

I've read conflicting things about salt licks and mineral wheels in different books and magazines.  Some say use them, some say don't.  How do you guys feel about them?  Do they need either?  Does anyone out there use them, and or do your piggies like them?
