Carole - You asked what baby guinea pigs are called?  Cute!
   
  Technically, officially, they're called pups.  
  We also call them piglets, which seems to make more sense, 
  though probably not correct.
  Also - Piggie Babies, Cutie Pies . . . 
  (and I'll bet you'll get a few more!)
