[Gpdd] Misc: Whee bought Brownie Bear & Butterscotch their First HOUSE!!!

Hello there Slaves!
I have some Exciting news!!! Last
wheeeekend, Daddy Slave & I bought
Brownie Bear and Butterscotch their
first House...Woooo Hooooooooo! I
still can't believe it. I have been
walking on Cloud 9 since Saturday.

We fell in Love with this newer
neighborhood, but there weren't
any houses for sale (that were
already lived in). And we didn't
want to build our first house
because I've read (and heard)
about the pains in doing that.

So, we were looking for an inventory
home (one that the builder had
built knowing that it would
eventually sell). But, wheee got
even luckier than that. They had a
home that a family had built, but
they had to pull out of the deal
because of a job transfer. And the
builder was dying to get rid of
this house because they were paying
taxes on it at this point. Sooooooo,
they knocked off about $12,000 off
of the price. And it was already
discounted $4500 b/c it was a $10K
lot, but that family negotiated the
price down.

Soooooo, we got a really nice deal
and the Best part is---that we should
close on the house at the end of this
month!!!

BB & BS are Very EXCITED! I told
them all about their new house
and they can't wait to see it.

I'm just Walking on Cloud 9...
