Dear Penny

What's your secret to your piggies long lives? Mine are coming up for 3 and
a half and any tips would be much appreciated!

Hi everyone,

I chanced upon your wonderful piggy site last week, the day my beloved
Snickers went to the Rainbow Bridge, so I just had to subscribe, in memory
of a much loved piggy.

Snickers was 6 years 2 months old and leaves behind her lifelong friends
Ash ( 7 years and 2 months ) and Ash's daughter, Sylvie who is 6 and a half.

I now have 22 piggies here at "Piggyfriends" rescue and I am reading the
daily piggy news to them!

I have been a cavy slave for 30+ years and I hope that I may be able to
answer someone's problem one day as I have seen a lot of them in all that
time. I have taken in piggies in the most horrendous condition as well as
those whose previous owners couldn't keep them for one reason or another
plus those that been left on the doorstep in boxes.

My very sincere condolences to anyone who has lost a piggyfriend. Even after
all these years it never gets any easier.

>From Penny and the Piggyfriends in England. Oink, oink.
