I am also wondering.. Um. If the testicles are removed where do they store 
the sperm for 3 weeks?

Kathy, that is a good question!  Males can still have living sperm in the vas deferens, which can not be removed during surgery. Its always a best guess to know how long the sperm can live in these ducts, but the safest solution is to wait 2 weeks post-neuter. Here is a link to what a vas deferens is:
