[Gpdd] [Behavior]When i touch her rump!

Hi!
  I read in one of the recent posts about a skin infection that makes your guinea wiggly when you touch their rump! Is this true?? I have not noticed any sort of skin problems with one of my guineas (Solar) but have noticed that when i touch her rump or under belly near her rump she wiggles like crazy and her leg shakes like a dog getting tickled! Its actually quite cute and funny but I am starting to worry about it.  Also I read in a pamphlet that i had gotten from the rescue that you should take them to the vet if their fur seems PUFFED.....when i first got solar her fur did not look this way but I did recently bath her and im not sure if its because of the bathing or if it is really PUFFED.... pls share your thoughts with me! i trust it more than a vet haha
