Can't be sure without seeing her but this sounds like an abscess. They can come up amazingly quickly and are often in that area. Get Charlotte to the vet asap!

Your vet will be able to lance it when the time is right and will probably prescribe antibiotics.

I had a piggy called Jasmine that had three of these. They all cleared up after treatment and she went on to live a long life.
