Hi Vic,

I posted on the subject of using Advantage the other day. I won't bore everyone to tears by repeating it all ( cries of "Oh no, it's her again " can be heard from cavy slaves everywhere ).

It is in issue 279.

There was a reply in issue 281 from Carole, who thought it might be dangerous for guineas but I don't think anyone else has responded. There are different doses for larger animals and I wonder if the story that Carole remembered was of too large a dose being used.

I had no trouble with it though I don't think that it is as effective as Ivomec. I only used Advantage when I was unable to get any Ivomec and my vet suggested using it instead.

It would be interesting to know if anyone else has any experience of this.
