[Gpdd] Misc. - Hairless Piggies

I was just searching on Petfinder for fun and found a hairless guinea pig.  I have never heard of this before.  Does anyone have any of these, or know anything about them.  He had hair on his head, but the rest of his body was hairless.
   
  I suppose there are hairless dogs and cats, so why not guinea pigs?  :)
