When I had my foster piggie Ginger, I took her into the Humane Leagues vet because I noticed she had little "corns" growing out the side of each front foot. It was not bumblefoot, but simply callouses that will need to be trimmed every so often when they start to grow back. He snipped them off at the skin with a scissors & they did not bleed & it did not hurt her. They did not appear to even bother her, but I wanted to be sure it was not a problem before she was adopted out. The pics on GuineaLynx look just like what she had. The vet said it is harmless & while he doesn't see it often, he has seen it on other piggies from time to time.
