[Gpdd] (Misc) Tigger's adoption anniversary

The Lady Bug was shocked to think anyone could forget the sweet Tigger.  (She's always pushing for HER rights even ones she doesn't have!)  She sends happy wheeks to Tigger and thinks she needs extra cuddles, treats and carrot beer to make up for the oversight.
