Hi Kirsten and all,

I will just chime in pro-celery: I read that you should cut it into  
1" chunks so the strings are not a problem, so that's what I do. My  
spoiled leaf-eaters tend to eat the celery last, but I figure it's  
good for their teeth, and they do eat it eventually! They love the  
leaves, of course. (-:

Do you all find you check out the leaves on the celery and radish  
bunches at least as much as the other part?! I certainly do, these days!
