[Gpdd] health : Death of Liam

It is with a sad heart that my little man Liam left us
this morning at 6:45.  We went shopping yesterday, and
came home to him not eating, and suspected bloated,
largely so. I put him on the pillow, massage that is,
rubbed his little belly, but no luck. I got childrens
gas relief and mineral oil, but my little man was in
so much pain, and by that time it was 2 a.m. My vet
lives a  distance away, and the exotics shares towns,
and rotates weeks.  I slept a few hours by their cage
and woke up and he started to burp, yes I know it is
not possible, but he was doing it, more pillow. But an
hour later, I woke again and he was doing this even
more, nonstop, so I pulled him out of the housie, and
Froders too. We went into the bedroom and woke Steve
up.  I told him it wasn't going to be soon, and ten
minutes later he had crossed the bridge to spend
Christmas with His Daddy Smeagol.

I am heart broken. Crying my eyes out, but the more I
read about it, the more I understand that it is
something that is very hard to treat.  

Also thank you Princess Snowflake for your lovely card
and Magnet!  Liam loved it!  So to our secret santas
out there and our card people too, our gifts are from
Dharma Shanti, Froders, Emma, Aeva and in Memory of
Liam who is rocking the night away in the Rainbow
bridge with his daddy Smeagol. That is all I can write
now, Thank you all for being wonderful guinea pig
owners!
