I've tried everything I can think of to make the Baytril more palatable, but
nothing works. Willie hates taking medicine and he is not a very good
patient, so I think I will take Janneke's advice and just wrap him up like a
burrito and he'll take his medicine whether he likes it or not! :>)

There are two flavors of Baytril - a liver flavored more suitable for dogs
and cats and a purple pill which is suited to rabbits and guinea pigs. If
Willie is getting the liver flavored variety, I'm not surprised he hates it.
See if you can get the purple pill. Better yet, see if you can get the Baytril
compounded into a syrup. Your vet may be able to do it inexpensively with
grenadine, although grenadine stains and piggies tend to dribble.

"It doesn't matter what the kids say. Rabbits are not disposable like a box
of cereal or a Disney video. They WILL get tired of the rabbits and go on to
the next toy. YOU will have to deal with the consequences. Unfortunately,
most people deal with the situation by DUMPING their rabbits on someone else.
Ultimately, it is the bunny that pays for your inability to say NO."
