Jan What a neat story! Wow! Of course, we shouldnt be
surprised, we all know what stars that Tribble, Zathras and
Leela are already! Its just awesome that they have been
discovered! Do keep us posted on their progress, and perhaps
they will remember us when they get to Hollywood and have
their Star on the walk of fame (or, would it be a Carrot?)
Wheeks!
Danielle- So sorry to hear you lost your dear little piggie April. Im
sure you and your kitty are very sad. Maybe some day another little
piggie will find you. Thanks for the words of wisdom, though. Im
sure many of us would be cautious at first, but might some time get
a bit too lax in watching them. As others have also mentioned, whether
we think they get along great or not, we must still take great care.
It only takes a moment for something bad to happen. Once, when I
was a child (yes, long ago and far away!), my girl friends cat, Midnight,
would come over to visit, whether Carol was there, or our cat, Inky, was
there. I thought he was just a very sociable cat. But one day our parakeet,
Butchie, was outof his cage, and had the misfortune of landing on the
kitchen floor, and saying Here kitty kitty!. That was all the invitation
that Midnight needed.
Even though I was just outside the room, I couldnt get back in time to
prevent the tragedy. We were all heartbroken, and Midnight was
banished. Of course, that is a bit different from a piggie, but should
serve to remind us how fast something can happen, that cannot be
undone. Im sure none of us would even want our dear little piggies
to be worried by another animal. We just need to remind ourselves
of their inner natures.
Thank you for your not-too-long post. Glad youre still with us!
