If you soak it up with tissue Jamie it will be fine.  Another way is to soak
up what you can with tissues and then put tissue down, a newspaper over the
top and something heavy over that, and that will express the rest out of the
carpet and into the newspaper.  If you mean you have a stain on the carpet,
I am not quite sure what you could try.  Guinea pig urine does not usually
leave an after-smell in the carpet, thankfully.
