[Gpdd] HEALTH lump on guinea

Hi everyone, i was trimming my little sows nail last night and i found a 
lump sort of on her neck between her ears. It dosnt feel like a cyst. Shes 
had one before its not above the skin its under. Also it moves all about 
when you touch it. It dosnt hurt her shes a baby she crys when she thinks 
your gonna do her nails. She is 3 years old. Im hoping its just a fatty 
lump. Does anyone have any ideas please or have seen it on there pigs.
