Hi Shauna, I've given my pigs beets and cranberries on separate occasions and then seen pink pee and poo the next day. My vet says this is perfectly normal. Also, if it stopped after a day or two when the cranberry juice was out of the system then I bet that's just what it was. I'd still ask my vet about it to be on the safe side.
