Good news on Milo!  Mites are not fun, and can certainly 
  be serious if not treated, but good news that it wasn't
  something more serious. This is something that can
  be treated!  And thank you for sharing - it always helps
  the rest of us, we can learn from each others' experiences.
  Wheeks from Gunner, who is sitting in
  my lap and was thankful to hear that
  Milo will be ok!
