[Gpdd] ANNOUNCEMENT: Do Not Use "REPLY" when sending a post to the GPDD

All,

Just a reminder that when sending a post to the GPDD, please do NOT
use the "Reply" button, as it will include an entire copy of the GPDD
in your post. This drastically increases the size of the Digest, and
it makes reading it very hard of you are scrolling through a previous
day (or day's) copy.

If you *must* use the reply button, delete the copy that it creates
and start with a fresh e-mail.

Posts that contain copies of previous Digests may be rejected - so
*please*: just send *your* message, no everyone else's.
