When one of my pigs, Pork Chop, was very little she got an ear infection which caused her to lose her balance.  She was falling over to one side like she was drunk but the vet gave her an antibiotic and she was fine in a week.  I wonder if that is what's wrong with your boy.  Hope he feels better.
